What we collect
When you book, we keep your name, email, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and payment amounts. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
To confirm and manage your stay, charge the remaining balance, send booking emails (confirmation, arrival reminder and replies to your requests), and register your reservation with our channel manager so dates aren't double-booked.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run your booking: Stripe (payments), our channel manager Hostaway (reservations) and our email provider. We don't sell your information or send you marketing from booking emails.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations in the Dominican Republic.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@cabareteproperties.com. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
