Who we are
The Loop Hotel (The Loop Cabarete) is a group of apartments at Kite Beach, Cabarete, Dominican Republic. These terms apply to every stay booked through theloopcabarete.com. Questions: info@cabareteproperties.com.
Booking and deposit
A booking is confirmed once the 50% deposit is paid by card at checkout. Prices shown come from our channel manager and include any length-of-stay discount that applies to your dates.
Remaining balance
At checkout your card is saved securely with our payment provider, Stripe. The remaining 50% is charged automatically to that card on your check-in day. If the charge fails, we'll contact you to settle the balance before or on arrival.
Cancellations
Cancelled 60 or more days before arrival: 100% refund of what you've paid. Cancelled 30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund. Cancelled within 30 days of arrival: non-refundable. Requests are made from the link in your confirmation email and reviewed by our team; refunds go back to the original card.
Date changes
You can request new dates from the link in your confirmation email. Changes depend on availability and the price for the new dates, and are confirmed by our team by email.
Check-in and check-out
Self check-in is available from the check-in time shown on the booking page; check-out is by the time shown there. Times can change and are confirmed in your booking emails.
Guests and house rules
Each apartment sleeps up to 3 guests. House rules are sent by email after booking and form part of these terms. Damage beyond normal use may be charged to the guest.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
